Gardnerville, Nevada Road-Trip Spring 2026

Thanks to a generous grant from the Nevada Arts Council, The Art Box will be heading to Gardnerville this spring to bring you stories from a community where the arts are actively shaping place and identity. Gardnerville’s participation in the Main Street Nevada program is helping energize its historic downtown, supporting local artists, creative businesses, and cultural events that celebrate both heritage and innovation.

Through this grant, we’ll be highlighting the people, projects, and artistic energy flowing through Gardnerville— from visual arts and public art initiatives to performances, galleries, and grassroots creative efforts that are helping Main Street thrive. We’re excited to share how arts and culture are playing a central role in strengthening this vibrant rural community.
